Kudus Retain Title at MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026, Best Talents Advance to SingaCup 2026 - Liputan Kudus - screenshot of article on Liputan Kudus

All-Stars Kudus retained the MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026 title, and 34 of the tournament’s best players will be flown to SingaCup 2026, which runs from 31 October to 7 November.

Liputankudus.id. Kudus, 28 June 2026 – The series of girls’ football championships initiated by Bakti Olahraga Djarum Foundation and MilkLife, the MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026, has been staged successfully. Held at Supersoccer Arena in Kudus, Central Java, from 23 to 28 June, All-Stars Kudus defended their crown after a fierce final against All-Stars Jakarta, finishing 0-0 (4-3) in a penalty shoot-out. All-Stars Surabaya took third place after beating All-Stars Yogyakarta 1-0.

PSSI Chairman Erick Thohir praised everyone who made the MilkLife Soccer Challenge a platform for developing girls’ football in Indonesia. In his view the tournament is not just a competition but a real step towards building a more inclusive and successful future for girls’ football.

PSSI has prepared a ten-year blueprint towards the 2035 Women’s World Cup. Now we are no longer only talking about plans; we are already moving with real action through programmes and competitions like the MilkLife Soccer Challenge. This progress can only be achieved through collaboration between the government, the private sector, communities, schools and parents. The MilkLife Soccer Challenge has become a real example of that collaboration.

Erick Thohir

MilkLife Soccer Challenge Program Director Teddy Tjahjono said the fierce matches from the group stage to the final of the MLSC All-Stars 2026 showed that the abilities of young girl footballers are becoming ever more even. This is inseparable from efforts to keep growing the girls’ football ecosystem in Indonesia through tiered, continuous tournaments. To scout even more talent, next season the MilkLife Soccer Challenge will expand with extra host cities: Jayapura, Garut and Jakarta, the latter split into two regions (East Jakarta and North Jakarta).

This season we saw very positive development, seen in matches that were more competitive from the group stage to the final, in the quality of play, and in the players’ spirit and mentality, and the abilities of the participants are more balanced. At the same time, support from parents, schools and relevant stakeholders is also growing. Many players now train regularly at football schools because they want to pursue the sport more seriously. This gives us confidence to widen our development reach by adding three host cities from next season.

Teddy Tjahjono

On to SingaCup 2026

As part of continuous development, Bakti Olahraga Djarum Foundation and MilkLife are again giving young athletes the chance to feel the atmosphere of international competition. After successfully sending two teams to JSSL Singapore 7’s 2025, where they finished runners-up, this year 34 of the best players from the MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026 will be flown to SingaCup 2026, running from 31 October to 7 November. The event is one of the prestigious football tournaments in Asia, involving young talents from various countries, including several representatives of football academies in Indonesia.

MLSC All-Stars does not stop at the national round. We formed two teams made up of the best players identified by the talent-scouting team to play at SingaCup 2026. Through that competition, we hope the athletes will accelerate their abilities, improve their mentality and add to their international experience. The aim is to form more mature talents as part of regenerating Indonesia’s women’s national team.

Teddy Tjahjono

Head Coach Jacksen F. Tiago said talent scouting is not only about individual talent, but also understanding of the game and decision-making on the pitch. Although still at primary-school level, the players were already able to play with confidence and show maturity beyond their age group. For him, that is an important foundation for building a team to compete at the international level.

We are looking for players with potential in football intelligence. They must be able to adapt quickly to changes in the pattern of play, play effectively, be able to control the tempo and be dynamic. Maybe those criteria are quite complicated for primary-school players, but at MilkLife Soccer Challenge they were able to show them. Seeing their performances on the pitch, we are optimistic we can build a competitive, attractive team that can compete with other countries.

Jacksen F. Tiago

Business Unit Head Dairy at PT Global Dairi Alami, Didiet Fadriana Abdulkadir, praised the fighting spirit of all participants, who played their best from the first day. For him, every match was real proof that investment in early-age girls’ football development is beginning to bear fruit.

Their technique is more mature, their match mentality is tougher, and their sportsmanship is worth emulating.

Didiet Fadriana Abdulkadir

He passed on his pride in a message to the champions and the players selected to represent Indonesia at SingaCup 2026.

Congratulations to the champion team and the best players! You have shown extraordinary effort since the first day of the competition. Keep training, never stop dreaming, and always carry the #BeraniCetakGol (#DareToScore) spirit wherever you go.

Didiet Fadriana Abdulkadir

Didiet stressed that the MilkLife Soccer Challenge is more than a tournament: it is part of a bigger mission to find talented girl footballers from across Indonesia, season after season. “MilkLife is committed to supporting Indonesia in realising a golden generation in 2045, by providing the right nutritional intake,” he said.

A fierce final: All-Stars Kudus lift the trophy again

All-Stars Kudus and All-Stars Jakarta served up a high-intensity duel from kick-off. Both sides took turns to build attacks from midfield, relying on quick counter-attacks to break the other’s defence. Possession was evenly shared, while attempts to deliver crosses were often cut out by the discipline of each team’s back line. Although both created threatening chances, the finishing was not at its best.

All-Stars Kudus’s golden chance came in the ninth minute from a free kick by Renanthera Aluna Addya Putri, but Jakarta goalkeeper Erza Khalifa Sakhi still kept it out. Four minutes later Jakarta won a free kick after All-Stars Kudus striker Giada Soebianto fouled All-Stars Jakarta’s number 10, Albianca Raula, outside the penalty area. Unfortunately Albianca’s effort sailed over the bar. Both teams kept battling to repel each other’s attacks until the first half ended goalless.

After the break, both sides raised the intensity to take the MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026 trophy home. All-Stars Jakarta threatened first with a direct shot from outside the box, while the midfield battle was still dominated by low passing. Even so, tight defensive lines meant attacks often died before reaching dangerous areas.

On the other side, All-Stars Kudus played more aggressively with high pressing, forcing Jakarta’s back line to dig in. In the 29th minute Jakarta captain Andien Haifa Syakira had to be taken off through injury and was replaced by supersub Aqila Alexa Putri. Her arrival did not lower the temperature. Near the end, a corner from Kudus captain Rere Zenita Farza could not break down Jakarta’s solid defence. The goalless scoreline held until the final whistle, so the match had to be decided on penalties. In the shoot-out All-Stars Kudus were calmer and secured a 4-3 win, taking the MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026 title once again.

Kudus goalkeeper Queisha Sava Azzalfa said the penalty shoot-out routine had been part of the regular training ahead of the final. With solid preparation, she was grateful to have saved two of the opposition’s penalties and helped her team to the title.

The match was heated and went to penalties. But we were focused and had worked hard, and in the end we became champions.

Queisha Sava Azzalfa

All-Stars Kudus head coach Yayat Hidayat said his team’s success in winning the MilkLife Soccer All-Stars title again was down to his players’ fighting spirit. The thorough preparation in training, including the training centre held ahead of the tournament, built closeness among the players, which had a positive effect in the matches. He said this year’s MilkLife Soccer Challenge was a breath of fresh air for the growth of girls’ football in Indonesia, because it has helped almost all participants mature mentally.

Until now Indonesia has struggled to find girls’ football talent, and the MilkLife Soccer Challenge has really helped in getting the best players. That is certainly very positive, and I hope the MLSC will continue in the years ahead.

Yayat Hidayat

All-Stars Jakarta head coach Arifin said he remained proud of his team despite missing out on victory in the final, especially as the result was decided by penalties, which test the mentality of the takers more than technique.

Honestly we had no preparation at all for penalties. Even when choosing the takers, none of our players were ready, some even cried. But with the result, I am very proud of my team.

All-Stars Surabaya take third place again

In the first half All-Stars Surabaya took the initiative first, dominating midfield. All-Stars Yogyakarta were forced to defend and pack the penalty area. Unfortunately Locita Waranggani Olah Nismara and her teammates failed to score, so the first half ended goalless.

In the second half Surabaya did not ease off. Agnia Nurul Fadhila Rohman finally broke the deadlock in the 23rd minute, making use of a long ball to the front of the opposition goal. Trailing by one, All-Stars Yogyakarta changed their pattern of play by using the wide areas. A few chances did arise, but they could not change the 1-0 scoreline in Surabaya’s favour until the final whistle. The result put All-Stars Surabaya in third place again, as they achieved last year.

Surabaya head coach Sai Dong said the win owed much to the mental strength of his players, who were able to bounce back quickly despite being hit by the semi-final defeat.

One thing I am even more grateful for is the children’s development. They are progressing well. Thank you to Djarum Foundation for organising this extraordinary event. For me this is a good thing for the development of women’s football, so it deserves to move up a level and make this nation proud.

Sai Dong

Continuing the dream in Singapore

Adiba Sanas Primayuga, one of the 16 U-12 players who will play at SingaCup 2026, said she was happy to compete at the international level. The All-Stars Samarinda captain, a defender, had not expected it, as it was her first MilkLife Soccer Challenge 2025-2026 and only one series was held in Samarinda. Seeing the U-12 line-up from other cities, she is optimistic about a positive result at SingaCup.

I didn’t know I could be selected, but for sure I’m happy, glad, a mix of feelings, I didn’t expect to be selected for Singapore. I didn’t expect to be coached directly by Coach Jacksen. We’re optimistic we can finish first there, because we already know each other.

Adiba Sanas Primayuga

Euis Siti Farhatus Sa’adah, who will be in the U-14 squad at SingaCup 2026, beamed when her name was called in the announcement of the selected players.

I really didn’t expect it, praise be to God. I thought I wouldn’t be picked, but it turned out my name was called by Coach Timo. I will fight as hard as I can to become a champion.

The MilkLife Soccer Challenge (MLSC) All-Stars 2026 girls’ football event has produced 34 best players ready to be sent to the international stage of Singa Cup 2026 in Singapore.

29 June 2026 – The national tournament, contested by 12 teams from the host cities, was played at Supersoccer Arena, Kudus, Central Java, on 23-28 June 2026, as reported by Bola. Kudus All-Stars retained the title after beating Jakarta All-Stars 4-3 on penalties following a 0-0 draw in normal time. Third place went to Surabaya All-Stars, who beat Yogyakarta All-Stars 1-0.

As part of continuous development, the Bakti Olahraga Djarum Foundation and MilkLife are facilitating these young athletes to compete at international level. After sending a delegation to JSSL Singapore 7’s 2025, where it finished runners-up, this year 34 selected players from the U12 and U14 categories will fly to compete at Singa Cup 2026, scheduled for 31 October to 7 November.

MLSC All-Stars does not stop at the national round only.

Teddy Tjahjono, Project Director of MLSC, at the match venue on Sunday, 28 June 2026

The organisers then formed the best team composition based on the scouting team’s monitoring.

We are forming two teams made up of the best players monitored by the talent scouting team to compete at Singa Cup 2026.

Teddy Tjahjono

Sending young athletes abroad is projected to speed up competitive maturity and add international competition experience for long-term regeneration.

The experience aims to form more mature talent as part of the regeneration of the Indonesian Women’s National Team.

Teddy Tjahjono

MLSC Head Coach Jacksen F. Tiago added that the talent monitoring emphasised playing intelligence and the ability to make the right decisions on the pitch.

We look for players with potential in terms of intelligence. They must adapt quickly to changes in the pattern of play, be effective, manage tempo and be dynamic.

Jacksen F. Tiago

Although the participants are still in elementary school, the scouts judged that the tactical adaptation and maturity they showed already exceeded their age.

The assessment criteria may be quite complex for elementary-school-age players, but from MLSC they are able to show it.

Jacksen F. Tiago

MLSC head coach Timo Scheunemann also took part in selecting the talents to build a tough and attractive team.

Seeing the performance on the pitch, we are optimistic of building a team that is competitive, attractive and able to compete with other countries.

Now we are no longer just talking about plans on paper, but have moved with concrete action through sustainable programmes and competitions like this MilkLife Soccer Challenge. This progress is the fruit of real collaboration between the government, the private sector, communities, schools, and the big role of parents.

Erick Thohir, Sunday (28/6/2026)

Likewise, MilkLife Soccer Challenge Program Director Teddy Tjahjono added that the high tension and the increasingly even balance of strength from the group stage to the final prompt high optimism. The organisers therefore confirmed that next season they will expand development to areas outside Java, namely Jayapura and Garut, and split the Jakarta region into East Jakarta and North Jakarta.

The experience of competing at an international level like SingaCup is expected to accelerate their abilities, mature their mentality and add to their international experience. This is an important foundation for the regeneration of Indonesia’s women’s national team in the future.

The talent-scouting team’s high standards

MilkLife Soccer Challenge Head Coach Jacksen F Tiago explained that the criteria for choosing the 34 players taken to Singapore are not based on physical superiority or individual talent alone, but put playing intelligence (football intelligence) first.

We are looking for players who can adapt quickly to changes in the pattern of play on the pitch, play effectively, dynamically, and know how to control the tempo of the game. These criteria may sound complicated for primary school children, but through the MilkLife Soccer Challenge they were able to prove it very well. We are optimistic this team will be competitive at …

Next season MLSC will expand with three more cities: Jayapura, Garut, and Jakarta, split into two regions, East Jakarta and North Jakarta.

This season’s matches were increasingly competitive from the group phase to the final. Ability, competitive mentality, and support from parents, schools and various stakeholders also keep growing. That is why we are optimistic about expanding the reach of development.

Penalty Shoot-Out Between Kudus and Jakarta Keeps the Crown at Kudus, 34 Best Talents Continue Their Mission to SingaCup 2026 - Radar Semarang - screenshot of article on Radar Semarang

A penalty shoot-out kept the crown in Kudus at the MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026, and 34 of the best players will continue on to SingaCup 2026 in Singapore.

RADARSEMARANG.ID, Kudus – Cheers echoed around Supersoccer Arena in Kudus on Sunday (28/6). The tension of the MilkLife Soccer Challenge (MLSC) All-Stars 2026 final finally broke when All-Stars Jakarta’s last penalty failed to find the net. All-Stars Kudus confirmed they had retained the title with a 4-3 win on penalties after a goalless draw in normal time.

The victory was more than keeping the trophy. The girls’ grassroots tournament initiated by Bakti Olahraga Djarum Foundation together with MilkLife again produced young female footballers projected to become the backbone of Indonesia’s women’s national team. The 34 best players from the talent scouting are confirmed to represent Indonesia at SingaCup 2026 in Singapore from 31 October to 7 November.

From kick-off, Kudus and Jakarta served up a high-intensity duel. Both sides were disciplined, relying on quick counter-attacks and short passing from midfield. Tight defences made golden chances hard to create.

All-Stars Kudus threatened with a free kick from Renanthera Aluna Addya Putri in the ninth minute, but Jakarta goalkeeper Erza Khalifa Sakhi was able to secure the ball. Four minutes later it was Albianca Raula’s turn to take a free kick for Jakarta, but the ball sailed just over the bar.

In the second half the tempo rose. Kudus applied high pressing while Jakarta relied on long-range shots. Both teams kept pressing, but disciplined back lines kept the score at 0-0 until the final whistle.

The penalty shoot-out was decisive. Under the bar, Queisha Sava Azzalfa was brilliant, saving two kicks from Jakarta players. Kudus finally won 4-3 and lifted the trophy again.

The match was heated and went to penalties. But we were focused and worked hard, and in the end we became champions.

Queisha

All-Stars Kudus head coach Yayat Hidayat said retaining the title came from long preparation, including a training centre that made the players’ cohesion stronger.

Indonesia has struggled to find girls’ football talent. With this MilkLife Soccer Challenge, it really helps to find the best players. I hope MLSC continues in the years ahead.

Yayat Hidayat

All-Stars Jakarta coach Arifin, by contrast, said he was proud of his players’ effort despite failing to bring home the trophy.

Honestly we had no preparation at all for penalties. Even when choosing the takers, none of our players were ready, some even cried. But with the result I am very proud of my team.

Arifin

In the third-place match, All-Stars Surabaya repeated last season’s achievement by beating All-Stars Yogyakarta 1-0 through a goal from Agnia Nurul Fadhila Rohman.

Behind the fierce competition, MLSC All-Stars 2026 again showed positive development in Indonesian women’s football. PSSI Chairman Erick Thohir said the competition is an important part of realising PSSI’s blueprint towards the 2035 Women’s World Cup.

PSSI has prepared a 10-year blueprint towards the 2035 Women’s World Cup. Now we are no longer just talking about plans, but have moved with concrete action through programmes and competitions like the MilkLife Soccer Challenge. This progress can only be achieved through collaboration between the government, the private sector, communities, schools and parents.

Erick Thohir

Program Director Teddy Tjahjono said the quality of matches this season improved sharply. Competition between cities is more even, and players’ technical ability and match mentality have developed.

This season we saw very positive development. Matches were more competitive from the group stage to the final, and the quality of play, spirit and mentality improved. At the same time, support from parents, schools and stakeholders is also growing. That is why next season we are expanding to Jayapura, Garut and two new regions in Jakarta.

Teddy Tjahjono

According to Teddy, player development does not stop at the national level. The 34 best players were chosen by the talent-scouting team to strengthen two Indonesian teams at SingaCup 2026.

MLSC All-Stars does not stop at the national round. We formed two teams filled with the best players identified by talent scouting to compete at SingaCup 2026. The experience is expected to improve their ability, mentality and international exposure as part of the regeneration of Indonesia’s women’s national team.

Teddy Tjahjono

MLSC Head Coach Jacksen F. Tiago explained that the selection looks not only at technical ability but also at playing intelligence (football intelligence), the ability to read the game and decision-making on the pitch.

We look for players who can adapt quickly to changes in the game, play effectively, control the tempo and be dynamic. Seeing their performance on the pitch, we are optimistic about building a competitive team that can compete with other countries.

Jacksen F. Tiago

Business Unit Head Dairy at PT Global Dairi Alami, Didiet Fadriana Abdulkadir, praised the improvement in the quality of the participants throughout the tournament.

Their technique is getting more mature, their match mentality is getting tougher, and their sportsmanship deserves emulation. Congratulations to the winning team and the best players. Keep training, never stop dreaming, and always carry the #BeraniCetakGol spirit wherever you go.

Didiet Fadriana Abdulkadir

Besides announcing the winners, the organisers also released the 34 best players who will represent Indonesia at SingaCup 2026. They are split into the MilkLife Strikers Girls U-12 squad of 16 players and the MilkLife Kickers Girls U-14 squad of 18 players, from Kudus, Surabaya, Semarang, Solo, Yogyakarta, Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Malang and Samarinda.

The Semarang contingent was one of the biggest contributors of players outside Kudus. Kanaya Izzati Lathifa was chosen as the U-12 goalkeeper, while Janeeta Alodya and Yumna Naziya Fina strengthen the U-14 squad. Yumna also made her name as one of the tournament’s top scorers with four goals, level with Garneta Falentina Imelda (Malang), Giada Soebianto (Kudus), Ika Wonda (Solo), Nadia Shakila Azzahra (Yogyakarta) and Rara Zenita Fatin (Kudus).

Meanwhile, the best player award went to Sabrina Dwi Ristiyana of All-Stars Kudus. The best goalkeeper title went to Syafira Azzahra of All-Stars Surabaya. All-Stars Kudus were champions, followed by All-Stars Jakarta as runners-up and All-Stars Surabaya in third place.

The end of the MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026 marks that girls’ grassroots football development in Indonesia keeps moving in a more promising direction. From Kudus, the dreams of young female footballers now continue to Singapore, carrying hopes of a new generation that will one day fill the squad of Indonesia’s women’s national team. (fgr)
