34 Best Women's Footballers Selected to Represent Indonesia at SingaCup 2026 - Liputan6 Sport - screenshot of article on Liputan6 Sport

The 34 best women’s footballers will be split into two teams to represent Indonesia at SingaCup 2026 in Singapore, after All-Stars Kudus retained the MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026 title.

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – All-Stars Kudus again showed their dominance at the MilkLife Soccer Challenge (MLSC) All-Stars 2026. The host team successfully defended their title after beating All-Stars Jakarta 4-3 on penalties, following a goalless draw in the final at Supersoccer Arena in Kudus on 28 June 2026. The highlight was the selection of the 34 best women’s footballers to play for Indonesia at SingaCup 2026 in Singapore.

The early-age girls’ football championship, initiated by Bakti Olahraga Djarum Foundation and MilkLife, ran from 23 to 28 June 2026 and brought together the best players chosen from the host cities across the season.

Third place went to All-Stars Surabaya, who beat All-Stars Yogyakarta 1-0.

Kudus’ retention of the trophy was a fitting end to a competition seen as showing a rise in the quality of early-age girls’ football in Indonesia. Tight competition from the group stage to the final reflected the increasingly even ability of young players from different regions.

The blueprint towards the 2035 Women’s World Cup has begun

PSSI Chairman Erick Thohir praised the staging of the MilkLife Soccer Challenge as an important part of national women’s football development. According to him, early-age competition is the foundation for achieving Indonesia’s big target of playing at the 2035 Women’s World Cup.

PSSI has prepared a 10-year blueprint towards the 2035 Women’s World Cup. Now we are no longer only talking about plans, but moving with concrete action through programmes and competitions like the MilkLife Soccer Challenge. This progress can only be achieved through collaboration between government, private sector, communities, schools and parents. The MilkLife Soccer Challenge has become a real example of that collaboration.

Erick Thohir

He said the development of women’s football cannot be done by one party alone, but needs the synergy of many elements so that development runs sustainably.

34 best players ready to do Indonesia proud at SingaCup 2026

Beyond the national level, MilkLife Soccer Challenge again opened the chance for the best players to experience the atmosphere of international competition.

A total of 34 players, chosen by the talent-scouting team, will be divided into two teams and sent to SingaCup 2026, which runs from 31 October to 7 November.

The prestigious tournament in Asia is an important stage for sharpening skills and gaining match experience against young talents from many countries.

MLSC All-Stars does not stop at the national round. We formed two teams filled with the best players selected by the talent-scouting team to compete in SingaCup 2026. Through the competition, the athletes are expected to accelerate their abilities, improve their mentality and gain more flying time at the international level. The experience aims to form more mature talent as part of the regeneration of the Indonesian Women’s National Team.

Teddy Tjahjono, Program Director, MilkLife Soccer Challenge

Head Coach of MilkLife Soccer Challenge, Jacksen F. Tiago, said the player-selection process is not based only on individual technical ability. According to him, playing intelligence, or football intelligence, is one of the main indicators in choosing the players for SingaCup 2026.

He said the primary-school-age players at MLSC All-Stars have already shown a good understanding of the game, from reading situations and adapting to changes in strategy to making quick decisions on the pitch.

We are looking for players with potential in terms of football intelligence. They must be able to adapt quickly to changes in the pattern of play, play effectively, control the tempo and be dynamic. Perhaps those assessment criteria are quite complicated for primary-school-age players, but from the MilkLife Soccer Challenge they were able to show it. Seeing their performance on the pitch, we are optimistic about building a team that is competitive, attractive and able to compete with other countries.

Jacksen F. Tiago

Expanded next season

With the end of MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026, early-age women’s football development does not stop. The next step is to take Indonesia’s best players to test their abilities at the international level through SingaCup 2026, while strengthening the regeneration of the future Indonesian Women’s National Team.

Seeing this progress, the organisers decided to widen the competition’s reach next season by adding three new host regions: Jayapura, Garut, and Jakarta, which will be divided into two regions, East Jakarta and North Jakarta.

MilkLife Soccer Challenge Program Director Teddy Tjahjono said the quality of the players this time rose significantly. In his view, this rapid development is valuable capital when meeting teams from other countries.

So that when they play international teams, their confidence is good. This is important for the players’ technical and mental development.

Teddy Tjahjono, in Jakarta, Sunday (28/6)

KUDUS, 29 June 2026 – The 34 players are divided into two teams named MilkLife Strikers Girls U-12 and MilkLife Kickers Girls U-14. The Strikers team will have 16 players and the Kickers team 18.

According to MilkLife Soccer Challenge Head Coach Jacksen F. Although still at elementary-school level, the players were already able to play with confidence and show maturity beyond their age group. In his view, this is an important provision for building a team that can compete at international level.

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, KUDUS — The series of girls’ football championships initiated by BODF and MilkLife, titled MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026, has been successfully held. Held at Supersoccer Arena in Kudus, Central Java, from 23 to 28 June, All-Stars Kudus kept their champions’ title after a fierce final against All-Stars Jakarta, ending 0-0 (4-3) on penalties. PSSI Chairman Erick Thohir thanked everyone who made the MilkLife Soccer Challenge possible as a platform for developing girls’ football in Indonesia. In his view, the tournament is not just a competition but a concrete step towards building a more inclusive and successful future for women’s football.

MilkLife Soccer Challenge Program Director Teddy Tjahjono said the fierce matches from the group stage to the final of the MilkLife Soccer Challenge (MLSC) All-Stars 2026 show that the abilities of young female footballers are becoming more even. This stems from efforts to keep growing Indonesia’s women’s football ecosystem through a tiered, continuous tournament structure. To screen even more girls’ football talent nationwide, next season the MilkLife Soccer Challenge will expand with new host cities: Jayapura, Garut, and Jakarta split into two regions (East Jakarta and North Jakarta).

This season we saw very positive development, shown by matches that were more competitive from the group stage to the final, with the quality of play, spirit and mentality of the players improving and the abilities of participants becoming more balanced. At the same time, support from parents, schools and relevant stakeholders is also growing. Many players now train regularly at football schools because they want to pursue football more seriously. That gives us the confidence to widen the reach of our development by adding three host cities starting next season.

Teddy Tjahjono

As part of continuing development, Bakti Olahraga Djarum Foundation and MilkLife again give young athletes the chance to experience the atmosphere of international competition. After successfully sending two teams to the JSSL Singapore 7’s 2025, where they were runners-up, this year the 34 best MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026 players are being flown to SingaCup 2026, held from 31 October to 7 November. The event is one of Asia’s prestigious football tournaments, involving young talents from various countries, including several representatives of football academies in Indonesia.

MLSC All-Stars does not stop at the national round. We formed two teams filled with the best players identified by the talent-scouting team to compete at SingaCup 2026. Business Unit Head Dairy at PT Global Dairi Alami, Didiet Fadriana Abdulkadir, praised the fighting spirit of all participants in the MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026, who showed their best football from the first day of the competition. For him, every match was not just a competition but real proof that investment in grassroots girls’ football development is now starting to pay off.

Their technique is getting more mature, their match mentality is getting tougher, and their sportsmanship deserves emulation,

All-Stars Kudus retained the MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026 title after beating All-Stars Jakarta 4-3 on penalties, and the 34 selected talents will now head to SingaCup 2026 in Singapore.

KUDUS, iNewsPantura.id – All-Stars Kudus successfully defended the MilkLife Soccer Challenge (MLSC) All-Stars 2026 title after beating All-Stars Jakarta 4-3 on penalties following a goalless draw in the final at Supersoccer Arena, Kudus, on Sunday (28/6).

All-Stars Surabaya meanwhile again took third place after beating All-Stars Yogyakarta 1-0.

The final brought together the two best teams, All-Stars Kudus and All-Stars Jakarta, in a match that was fierce from the first minute. Both sides played with discipline in an open game and created chances for each other.

All-Stars Kudus had a golden chance from a free kick by Renanthera Aluna Addya Putri in the ninth minute, but Jakarta goalkeeper Erza Khalifa Sakhi was able to secure it. Jakarta also had a chance from a free kick by Albianca Raula, but the ball sailed over the bar.

In the second half the tempo rose. Kudus were more aggressive with high pressing, while Jakarta relied on direct attacks from outside the penalty area. But by the end of normal time neither side had broken the deadlock, so the match went to penalties. In the shoot-out All-Stars Kudus were calmer and sealed a 4-3 win to defend the MLSC All-Stars title.

All-Stars Kudus goalkeeper Queisha Sava Azzalfa said the penalty practice done before the final was the key to her team’s success.

We had prepared for penalties in training. I’m grateful I could save two of the opposition’s kicks and help the team become champions.

Queisha Sava Azzalfa

All-Stars Kudus coach Yayat Hidayat said the team’s success came from careful preparation, including a training centre that strengthened cohesion among the players. In his view, the MilkLife Soccer Challenge is an important platform for finding Indonesia’s young female footballers.

On the other side, All-Stars Jakarta coach Arifin still praised his players’ efforts despite having to settle for runners-up.

We indeed didn’t prepare a penalty scenario. But I’m still proud because the players gave their best all the way to the final.

Arifin

In the third-place match, All-Stars Surabaya beat All-Stars Yogyakarta by a narrow 1-0. The only goal was scored by Agnia Nurul Fadhila Rohman in the 23rd minute, after she took advantage of a long ball in front of goal. The lead held to the end and put Surabaya in third place again, the same as last season. Surabaya coach Sai Dong said his team’s success was the fruit of the players’ mental development throughout the tournament.

What I’m most grateful for is the children’s development. They keep progressing well. A tournament like this is very important for the advancement of Indonesian women’s football.

Sai Dong

The chance to play at SingaCup 2026 was welcomed enthusiastically by the selected players. U-12 All-Stars Samarinda captain Adiba Sanas Primayuga said she had not expected to make the squad that will represent Indonesia in Singapore.

I’m very happy to have been selected. This was my first MilkLife Soccer Challenge and now I get a chance to play at the international level. We are optimistic we can achieve the best result.

Adiba Sanas Primayuga

U-14 player Euis Siti Farhatus Sa’adah said much the same, saying she was grateful her name was on the list of players going to Singapore.

I didn’t expect to be selected. I will fight as hard as I can to bring home an achievement.

PSSI has prepared a 10-year blueprint towards the 2035 Women’s World Cup. Now we are no longer just talking about plans, but have moved with concrete action through programmes and competitions like the MilkLife Soccer Challenge. This progress can only be achieved through collaboration between the government, the private sector, communities, schools and parents. The MilkLife Soccer Challenge has become a real example of that collaboration.

Teddy Tjahjono

Many players now train regularly at football schools because they want to pursue football more seriously. That gives us the confidence to widen the reach of our development by adding three host cities starting next season.

Through the competition, the athletes are expected to accelerate their abilities, improve their mentality and add to their international experience. The experience aims to form more mature talents as part of the regeneration of Indonesia’s women’s national team.

The best players identified by the scouting team will not stop at the national competition; they will also get the chance to feel the atmosphere of international matches. The 34 selected players will be split into two teams to compete at SingaCup 2026 in Singapore from 31 October to 7 November. Teddy said the experience of facing teams from various countries is expected to speed up the development of young Indonesian players.

MilkLife Soccer Challenge Head Coach Jacksen F. Tiago added that the selection looks not only at individual ability but also playing intelligence on the pitch. The players chosen are those who can read match situations, adapt quickly and make the right decisions even though still in primary school.

We are looking for players with potential in football intelligence. They must be able to adapt quickly to changes in the pattern of play, play effectively, be able to control the tempo of the game and be dynamic. Seeing their performance on the pitch, we are optimistic about building a team that is competitive, attractive and able to compete with other countries.
