The MilkLife Soccer Challenge All Stars 2026 coaching and talent scouting team has chosen 34 players who will be fielded at SingaCup 2026, the elite Asian championship for the 12 and 14 age groups.
KUDUS, 29 June 2026 – The 34 players are divided into two teams named MilkLife Strikers Girls U-12 and MilkLife Kickers Girls U-14. The Strikers team will have 16 players and the Kickers team 18.

According to MilkLife Soccer Challenge Head Coach Jacksen F. Tiago, the talent scouting process focused not only on individual talent but also on understanding of the game and decision making on the pitch. Although still at elementary-school level, the players were already able to play with confidence and show maturity beyond their age group. In his view, this is an important provision for building a team that can compete at international level.
We look for players with potential in terms of football intelligence. They must be able to adapt quickly to changes in the pattern of play, play effectively, manage the tempo of the game and be dynamic.
Jacksen F. Tiago, described by the article as one of the legends of the Indonesian league
The criteria may be rather complicated for elementary-school-age players, he said, but from MilkLife Soccer Challenge they were able to show it.
Seeing their performance on the pitch, we are optimistic of building a team that is competitive, attractive and able to compete with other countries.
