A penalty shoot-out kept the crown in Kudus at the MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026, and 34 of the best players will continue on to SingaCup 2026 in Singapore.
RADARSEMARANG.ID, Kudus – Cheers echoed around Supersoccer Arena in Kudus on Sunday (28/6). The tension of the MilkLife Soccer Challenge (MLSC) All-Stars 2026 final finally broke when All-Stars Jakarta’s last penalty failed to find the net. All-Stars Kudus confirmed they had retained the title with a 4-3 win on penalties after a goalless draw in normal time.

The victory was more than keeping the trophy. The girls’ grassroots tournament initiated by Bakti Olahraga Djarum Foundation together with MilkLife again produced young female footballers projected to become the backbone of Indonesia’s women’s national team. The 34 best players from the talent scouting are confirmed to represent Indonesia at SingaCup 2026 in Singapore from 31 October to 7 November.
From kick-off, Kudus and Jakarta served up a high-intensity duel. Both sides were disciplined, relying on quick counter-attacks and short passing from midfield. Tight defences made golden chances hard to create.
All-Stars Kudus threatened with a free kick from Renanthera Aluna Addya Putri in the ninth minute, but Jakarta goalkeeper Erza Khalifa Sakhi was able to secure the ball. Four minutes later it was Albianca Raula’s turn to take a free kick for Jakarta, but the ball sailed just over the bar.
In the second half the tempo rose. Kudus applied high pressing while Jakarta relied on long-range shots. Both teams kept pressing, but disciplined back lines kept the score at 0-0 until the final whistle.
The penalty shoot-out was decisive. Under the bar, Queisha Sava Azzalfa was brilliant, saving two kicks from Jakarta players. Kudus finally won 4-3 and lifted the trophy again.
The match was heated and went to penalties. But we were focused and worked hard, and in the end we became champions.

All-Stars Kudus head coach Yayat Hidayat said retaining the title came from long preparation, including a training centre that made the players’ cohesion stronger.
Indonesia has struggled to find girls’ football talent. With this MilkLife Soccer Challenge, it really helps to find the best players. I hope MLSC continues in the years ahead.
Yayat Hidayat
All-Stars Jakarta coach Arifin, by contrast, said he was proud of his players’ effort despite failing to bring home the trophy.
Honestly we had no preparation at all for penalties. Even when choosing the takers, none of our players were ready, some even cried. But with the result I am very proud of my team.
Arifin
In the third-place match, All-Stars Surabaya repeated last season’s achievement by beating All-Stars Yogyakarta 1-0 through a goal from Agnia Nurul Fadhila Rohman.
Behind the fierce competition, MLSC All-Stars 2026 again showed positive development in Indonesian women’s football. PSSI Chairman Erick Thohir said the competition is an important part of realising PSSI’s blueprint towards the 2035 Women’s World Cup.
PSSI has prepared a 10-year blueprint towards the 2035 Women’s World Cup. Now we are no longer just talking about plans, but have moved with concrete action through programmes and competitions like the MilkLife Soccer Challenge. This progress can only be achieved through collaboration between the government, the private sector, communities, schools and parents.

Program Director Teddy Tjahjono said the quality of matches this season improved sharply. Competition between cities is more even, and players’ technical ability and match mentality have developed.
This season we saw very positive development. Matches were more competitive from the group stage to the final, and the quality of play, spirit and mentality improved. At the same time, support from parents, schools and stakeholders is also growing. That is why next season we are expanding to Jayapura, Garut and two new regions in Jakarta.
Teddy Tjahjono
According to Teddy, player development does not stop at the national level. The 34 best players were chosen by the talent-scouting team to strengthen two Indonesian teams at SingaCup 2026.
MLSC All-Stars does not stop at the national round. We formed two teams filled with the best players identified by talent scouting to compete at SingaCup 2026. The experience is expected to improve their ability, mentality and international exposure as part of the regeneration of Indonesia’s women’s national team.
Teddy Tjahjono
MLSC Head Coach Jacksen F. Tiago explained that the selection looks not only at technical ability but also at playing intelligence (football intelligence), the ability to read the game and decision-making on the pitch.
We look for players who can adapt quickly to changes in the game, play effectively, control the tempo and be dynamic. Seeing their performance on the pitch, we are optimistic about building a competitive team that can compete with other countries.
Jacksen F. Tiago
Business Unit Head Dairy at PT Global Dairi Alami, Didiet Fadriana Abdulkadir, praised the improvement in the quality of the participants throughout the tournament.
Their technique is getting more mature, their match mentality is getting tougher, and their sportsmanship deserves emulation. Congratulations to the winning team and the best players. Keep training, never stop dreaming, and always carry the #BeraniCetakGol spirit wherever you go.
Didiet Fadriana Abdulkadir
Besides announcing the winners, the organisers also released the 34 best players who will represent Indonesia at SingaCup 2026. They are split into the MilkLife Strikers Girls U-12 squad of 16 players and the MilkLife Kickers Girls U-14 squad of 18 players, from Kudus, Surabaya, Semarang, Solo, Yogyakarta, Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Malang and Samarinda.
The Semarang contingent was one of the biggest contributors of players outside Kudus. Kanaya Izzati Lathifa was chosen as the U-12 goalkeeper, while Janeeta Alodya and Yumna Naziya Fina strengthen the U-14 squad. Yumna also made her name as one of the tournament’s top scorers with four goals, level with Garneta Falentina Imelda (Malang), Giada Soebianto (Kudus), Ika Wonda (Solo), Nadia Shakila Azzahra (Yogyakarta) and Rara Zenita Fatin (Kudus).
Meanwhile, the best player award went to Sabrina Dwi Ristiyana of All-Stars Kudus. The best goalkeeper title went to Syafira Azzahra of All-Stars Surabaya. All-Stars Kudus were champions, followed by All-Stars Jakarta as runners-up and All-Stars Surabaya in third place.
The end of the MilkLife Soccer Challenge All-Stars 2026 marks that girls’ grassroots football development in Indonesia keeps moving in a more promising direction. From Kudus, the dreams of young female footballers now continue to Singapore, carrying hopes of a new generation that will one day fill the squad of Indonesia’s women’s national team. (fgr)
