With the 5 groups set up, winners of each group gets a bye directly to the Quarter-Finals, while all the 2nd placed teams will go into the Play-Offs along with the Best 3rd Placing teams to try to qualified for the limited spots in the QF.



The Best 3rd Placing team was Don Bosco Technical College FC from Philippines as the only team that broke the 6 points threshold that all other 3rd Placed teams struggled to break through from.
The Play-Offs sees 4 Australian teams: Quinns, Football South Australia Regional, West Canberra Wanderers and Pro Football Lab; while Cebu FC make the rest of the Play-Off slate


Awaiting the winners of the Play-Offs, also dominated by Australian teams, are Football South Australia Metro, South Coast Baptist College 1, Northern New South Wales; and Thailand’s Nongbua Pitchaya FC
