Welcome Address
Selvakumar is the co-founder and the tournament director of Asia's Premier International Youth Football Tournament, SingaCup. He is an active volunteer in the community and passionate about football. He also kick-started grassroots football program in his local community. In recognition of his efforts, Selvakumar was awarded the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (Public Service Medal) during the National Day Awards 2020.

Keynote Address by Special Guest
Mr Edwin Tong SC was appointed Minister for Culture, Community and Youth and Second Minister for Law on 27 July 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Minister of State at the Ministry of Law and the Ministry of Health from 1 July 2018 to 26 July 2020.
As the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, Mr Tong drives efforts to build a caring, cohesive and confident society in Singapore. In addition to supporting the arts, heritage, charities, sports and youth sectors; he chairs the National Integration Council, the Singapore Cares Steering Committee, the National Youth Council, and the National Steering Committee on Racial and Religious Harmony.
Mr Tong has an active interest in football, and served in a volunteer capacity as the Vice President of the Football Association of Singapore from 2013 to 2020.

Special Message
Ms Ong Ling Lee assumed the position of Director, Sports in Nov 2019. In her current role, Ling Lee leads the team in working with various government agencies and tourism related businesses to ensure the smooth execution of sporting events such as the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix, as well as to create new and innovative consumer sport experiences.
Ling Lee served as Director, Travel Agents and Tourist Guides prior to this role. Under her watch, Ling Lee led her team in the strategic development of the Travel Agents industry and licensed Tourist Guides profession, and drove the development of Passion Tours that would contribute to the attractiveness of Destination Singapore. She also led the review of legislation and licensing of Travel Agents and Tourist Guides to ensure the relevance of the regulatory environment.

Rule Enforcers: Panel discussion with Referees from Asia and Europe
Mads-Kristoffer Kristoffersen is Danish and has been FIFA listed since 2013. He has been appointed to referee in the Danish Superliga since 2011. His career has also seen him undertake referee assignments in the UEFA European U17 & U19 Championships, Europa League, UEFA Champions League qualification, UEFA Youth League, UEFA Nations League and World Cup qualification.
Kate Jacewicz is Australian and FIFA listed since 2011. She has been appointed to referee in nine out of the first eleven seasons of the W-League Grand Finals. Kate also became the first woman to referee in the A-League. She was selected as one of the 27 referees for the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup. Kate won the AFF Referee of the Year 2019 award.
Chris Beath is Australian and FIFA listed since 2011. He has been appointed to referee in the 2020 Grand Final and has since taken charge of 195 A-League matches since 2008. Chris was also part of the VAR referees team at the 2019 AFC Asian Cup Final and 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Rolling Back The Years: Panel Discussion with SingaCup's Hall of Famers

Ikhsan Fandi is a Singaporean professional footballer who plays as a forward for Norwegian First Division club FK Jerv. He was the inaugural SingaCup's U14 Most Valuable Player, representing Fandi Ahmad Academy, Singapore.
Hilarius Bryan is a former youth player from Bontang, East Kalimantan. He was invited for a 5 days trial in Spain with Real Valladolid after scoring 17 goals and clinching the SingaCup 2015 U14 Golden Boot Award.
After impressing the coaches, he was invited to extend his stint for another 9 months, an offer that he had to give up due to a of lack financial support for his living expenses in Spain.
Following this disappointment, Hilarius took a hiatus from football and is currently focusing on his education at Gajah Mada University Yogyakarta (UGM Yogyakarta), majoring in Politics and Government. He still hopes to return to football in the near future.
Billy Kathopoulis is an Australian footballer playing as a midfielder as well as captain for Darwin Olympic Sporting Club. Billy was the inaugural SingaCup's U18 Golden Boot Award winner, representing the Northern Territory Football Institute, Australia.

Mr Fritz Schmid is a UEFA Pro Licence football coach from Switzerland, who was last the manager of the New Zealand National Football Team.
Before he spent many years in professional clubs in Europe, amongst others seven years as assistant manager of FC Basel, where he won various trophies in the league as well as in the Swiss Cup - they also qualified for the UEFA Champions League twice.
After working with the National Team of Austria for two years, he moved to South East Asia and acted as the Technical Director of Football Association of Malaysia untill 2017.
Since his return from new Zealand he is now working as a Technical Consultant for UEFA and FIFA.

Irfan Bachdim is an Indonesian professional footballer who plays for Liga 1 club PSS Sleman and the Indonesia national team. Bachdim started his football career at the Ajax Youth Academy in Amsterdam and has since played in the Holland Eredivisie, Thai League, J-League and Indonesia Liga 1.
Baihakki Khaizan is a Singaporean professional footballer who plays for SPL club Tampines Rovers FC and the Singapore national team. Baihakki has since played in the Singapore Premier League, Malaysia Super League, Indonesia Liga 1 and Thai League.
Patrick Deyto is a Filipino professional footballer who plays Thai club Suphanburi and the Philippines national team. He has a degree in business management.

Stefano Lilipaly is an Indonesian professional footballer who plays for Liga 1 club Bali United and the Indonesia national team. Born in the Netherlands, Lilipaly represented his country of birth at youth level. Lilipaly made his debut for the Indonesia national team in 2013.
Lilipaly joined Eredivisie club AZ's academy in 2000. He moved to Utrecht the following year and progressed through their youth system. Lilipaly made his first team debut for Utrecht in a league game at VVV-Venlo in August 2011, and his first appearance in the starting eleven came in January 2012, where he scored the opening goal against PSV. He joined Eerste Divisie club Almere City on in the summer of 2012.

Nishino led his Japan U23 side to qualify for the 1996 Summer Olympics, the first time in 28 years. The highlight of the tournament was Japan U23 side beating Brazil in the first game which has since come to be known as the "Miracle of Miami" in Japan.
In 2002, Nishino signed with Gamba Osaka and within 3 years, the club won J.League Division 1 for the first time in club history and he was elected for the Best Manager award. In 2008, the club won AFC Champions League and the 3rd place at Club World Cup. He was also elected AFC Coach of the Year awards. The club also won the 2007 J.League Cup, the 2008 and the 2009 Emperor's Cup.
He led Japan National Team in the 2018 World Cup, where he registered history by helping Japan to beat Colombia 2–1, the first ever defeat of a CONMEBOL team to an Asian side. His brilliant tactics continued to be demonstrated when Japan held Senegal in a 2–2 draw and qualified for the knockout stage, becoming the only Asian team to do so in the 2018 World Cup.
Nishino is currently in charge of the Thailand National Team.
Zikos Chua is a Singaporean footballer currently playing as a forward for Geylang International.
He was the youngest player to ever play in the country's top tier of soccer and is the third-youngest scorer in the history of Singapore's professional league, at 16 years and 364 days. He kept his exploits by becoming the youngest player ever to reach the five-goal mark in league history, at 17 years and 102 days on 27 July 2019.
Hayato Kimura is a Japanese footballer that currently plays for FC.REGATE in Oita, Japan.
He started his football from the youth system of Oita Trinita, now in the top division of the Japanese domestic professional league.
He then later joined FC.REGATE and was chosen to compete in one of the largest international youth football tournaments MIC held in Spain, representing all of west Japan.
After graduation from junior high school next year in April, he is expected to join a prestigious football school in Miyazaki, Japan.
Javier Gayoso is a Filipino footballer currently playing for Azkals Development Team FC. Prior to ADT, Javier represented Ateneo de Manila University. Javier also represented his country in the U19 National team in 2015 and the U22 National team between 2017 to 2019. He was called up for the Philippines National Team in 2017 and had 2 caps and 1 goal to his name.

Chan Yuen Ting is a former football player and coach. In 2016, she became the first woman to coach a men's professional football team to the championship of a nation's top league. In 2017, she became the first woman to coach a male football club in a top-flight continental competition when she managed Eastern against Guangzhou Evergrande in a match of AFC Champions League. She is currently an AFC Women Instructor.
Adelina Gomez is currently the Head of Girls Program at ANZA and oversees more than 100 girls from the ages 8 – 17.
Jasma Habib is a final year student at Nanyang Technological University and plays for local women’s team, Ayer Rajah Gryphons FC.
Danelle Tan is a Singaporean footballer who plays for WPL club Lion City Sailors and the Singapore national team. In 2019, she became the youngest ever player to score for Singapore at 14 years and 294 days.

Tim is the all-time leading goalscorer for Australia, having scored 50 goals in 108 caps between 2004 and 2018. He was the first Australian to score at three FIFA World Cups (2006, 2010, 2014) and has scored the most goals by any Australian in the World Cup with five goals. In 2007, he became the first Australian player to score at an AFC Asian Cup. Known for his adept heading ability and high vertical leap, Tim scored many of his goals with his head and is famous for his regular goal celebration of shadow boxing around the corner flag.

From ASEAN to Asian Football Powerhouse

Chris Greatwich is Academy Director at Kaya FC Academy and the assistant head coach of the Philippines national football team. In 2016, Chris was number 12 in FourFourTwo's "Top 15 Managers" in the ASEAN/ Australian region.
S. Subramani was the captain of Home United in the S.League and former defender for the Singapore national football team. He started his career at Tanjong Pagar United, where he helped his then club win the Singapore Cup and Singapore FA Cup double in 1998, as well as being named S.League player of the year.
He signed for Home United in 1999, where he played until he retire at the age of 37 in 2009. Subramani played in every game in the historic 1998, 2004 and 2007 ASEAN Football Championship campaigns. He also played in two SEA Games, reaching the semi-finals in both Jakarta 1997 and Brunei 1999.
He was inducted into the FIFA Century Club in 2007, and is currently one of the only 522 players worldwide to have achieved the extraordinary achievement appearing for 100 or more "A" international matches for their respective countries.
Suthesh Nair heads the National Football Development Program in Johor. He manages and provides valuable insights with personal advice for the respective Head Coaches across the 9 centres.

Hassan Sunny is a Singaporean professional footballer who plays for SPL club Lion City Sailors and the Singapore national team. In 2016, UK based The Telegraph ranked him #18 on its list of the world's top 20 goalkeepers.
Stephan Schröck is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder and captains both Filipino club United City FC and the Philippines national team. He began his professional career in Germany with Greuther Fürth and was part of the squad that won the 2011–12 2.Bundesliga. He then played in the Bundesliga with 1899 Hoffenheim and Eintracht Frankfurt before returning to Greuther Fürth in 2014. He joined Filipino club Ceres–Negros and won three consecutive PFL titles from 2017 to 2019, and received the Golden Ball award in 2019.
Luong Xuan Truong is a Vietnamese footballer who plays for V-League club Hoang Anh Gia Lai and the Vietnam national team. He was promoted to Hoàng Anh Gia Lai first team in 2015 and given the captain arm band. Xuan Truong was pivotal in Vietnam wining the AFF Championships and Vietnam U-23 securing the Silver medal at the AFC U-23 Championships in 2018.

Sunil Chhetri is an Indian professional footballer who plays and captains both the Indian Super League side Bengaluru FC and the Indian national team. Popularly known as Captain Fantastic, he is both the most-capped player and all-time top goalscorer for the Indian national team, with 72 goals in 115 appearances. Sunil Chhetri was named an 'Asian Icon' by AFC on his 34th birthday.
He helped India win the 2007 Nehru Cup, 2009 Nehru Cup, the 2012 Nehru Cup as well as the 2011 SAFF Championship. He was also one of India's best players during the 2008 AFC Challenge Cup in which India won the tournament and thus qualified for their first AFC Asian Cup in 27 years. Chhetri has also been named AIFF Player of the Year a record six times in 2007, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2017 and 2018–19.
Natasha Alquiros is a Filipina international footballer who plays as a midfielder. She has been playing for the national team of the Philippines since 2007 and works as a host at TV5.
In 2016, Alquiros joined Stallion-Hiraya F.C. which participated in the inaugural season of the PFF Women's League.

Aysha Ridzuan is an experienced media and content professional, whom had worked with companies and brands such as ESPN, Astro, FourFourTwo, Dugout, the Football Association of Malaysia and the Malaysian Football League.
Aysha have broad experience in journalism, broadcasting, content creation (digital & print), events, media and social media management. She is passionate about what she do and thrive on working with others who share her enthusiasm for the beautiful game.
Shehzad Haque has almost 20 years experience as a TV presenter, pundit, commentator, voice-over artiste and MC for many of Singapore's and Asia's top sports broadcasters and events. Shehzad has worked on diverse sports events such as the Olympics, Asian Games, SEA Games, Rugby World Cup, Malaysian Open ATP, Korean Open (Golf), the Singapore Masters (Squash), Asian Netball Championships and World Series Hockey. But his passion is football - hosting, commentating on local, regional and international leagues/tournaments since 2007.
More recently, Shehzad has been the face of La Liga and subsequently the English Premier League for Fox Sports. He has also worked on the Bundesliga and presented various football magazine shows on the network. Shehzad has hosted the world's only English-language weekly analysis show for the Chinese Super League. He has been the presenter and commentator for Singapore's Premier League since 2009 and is the host and contributor of the only international Tottenham Hotspur football podcast, The Cheese Room. Most memorably, he was the host for the 2018 FIFA World Cup for Sony Ten working with the likes of Wes Brown and Terry Phelan. Over his career, Shehzad has interviewed and worked with football stars such as Vincent Kompany, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Ronaldinho, Ledley King and Marco Materzzi to name a few.
A sports journalist by profession, he started his journey in sports marketing before moving to ESPN to work as a producer.
Adrian is currently a newscaster and hosts a radio show featuring sports leaders in APAC, fitness influencers as well as reviews F&B outlets.
Nathasha has been part of the women’s football community in Singapore since 2012. Starting out at Republic Polytechnic, she clinched three POL-ITE championships before playing three seasons in the Women’s National League with H2O Women’s Dream Team. With H2O, she secured second and third finishes in the Football Association of Singapore (FAS) Women’s Challenge Cup in 2013 and 2015 respectively.
In 2015, Nathasha took up grassroots coaching and participated in the 2016 inaugural FIFA Women’s Coaching Course in Singapore. She also volunteered with the FAS for the Women’s Football Department, acting as local liaison for the AFC’s Women’s Assistance Program that hosted visits from UEFA Technical Expert Hesterine de Reus and AFC Head of Women's Football Development, Bai Lili.
In her career, Nathasha has ventured into news broadcasting, television and animation production. She started at Fox Sports Network before moving on to local television productions and is currently managing mixed media projects for government and corporate clients at Big 3 Media.
