At SINGACUP, we believe football is a universal language — a powerful tool that unites people across borders, cultures and backgrounds. Our mission is to bring the world to your feet: one destination, maximum opportunities.

FOREWORD
MINISTRY OF CULTURE, COMMUNITY AND YOUTH

Minister-David-Neo

Congratulations to SingaCup on your 15th anniversary – a milestone for a tournament that has brought together young footballers from across the region, fostering friendships and teamwork that transcend borders and backgrounds.

This year’s introduction of the Para Football Showcase makes the celebration even more meaningful. Through initiatives like this, it enhances the unifying power of sports – bringing together people of all abilities through sport.

Sport teaches us that our differences are our strength. By bringing people together through competition and teamwork, it fosters understanding, respect and equality. Sport is the universal language that unites, rather than divides.

My heartfelt appreciation goes to the organisers and partners for their commitment and contributions over the years to organise this event for the football community.

To all players, coaches, and supporters, my best wishes for a memorable tournament. May SingaCup continue to serve as a platform that sparks dreams, forges friendships, and inspire the next generation of footballers to reach even greater heights.

Mr David Neo

Acting Minister for
Culture, Community and Youth
& Senior Minister of State for Education

WELCOME MESSAGE
TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR, SINGACUP

Dear Friends of SingaCup,

It is with great warmth and joy that I welcome our SingaCup family back to Singapore. The time has come once again for us to renew old friendships and to create new ones as we embrace fresh faces joining our ever-growing SingaCup community. Each year, this tournament reminds us that football is not only about the game played on the pitch, but also about the bonds built off it.

This 15th edition is a milestone moment — one that fills us with both pride and responsibility. With more than 160 teams from 13 nations competing across 7 age groups, SingaCup 2025 promises to be our most ambitious and inclusive edition yet. It will be a true festival of football, unity and global friendship.

SingaCup has always been more than a tournament. It is a platform for young athletes to compete, to learn and to grow, while also fostering connections that go beyond borders and cultures. This year, with record participation and new inclusivity initiatives, we proudly affirm our belief that football belongs to everyone. Together, we showcase Singapore as a vibrant global hub for sport, youth and community.

As the games unfold, I encourage all players, parents and supporters to embrace the spirit of fair play, respect and encouragement. Let us remember that every cheer, every handshake and every display of sportsmanship adds to the legacy of SingaCup.

On behalf of the organizing committee, I wish the very best of luck to all participating clubs. May your journey here be filled with memorable moments, inspiring performances and lasting friendships. Welcome once again to SingaCup 2025, let the celebration of football begin!

Yours in Youth Football,
