Surabaya pupil Locita Waranggani Olah Nismara was named Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the Singa Cup 2026 Girls U12 category after helping MilkLife Strikers win the title.
SINGAPORE, suaramerdeka-wawasan.com – MilkLife Strikers’ success in winning the Singa Cup 2026 Girls U-12 category also saw one of their best players, Locita Waranggani Olah Nismara, named Most Valuable Player (MVP).
The 12-year-old’s performances drew a lot of attention. Not only her technique and skill, but also her leadership style on the pitch was seen as one of the deciding factors in MilkLife Strikers’ success.

Despite being named MVP, Locita said she was grateful to be able to help MilkLife Strikers win the title.
“From the start I just wanted to give the best performance I could for the team. That’s why I’m so happy that I was finally able to help the team win and get the MVP trophy,’’ she added.
According to Locita, none of this would have happened without the support of the team, both her fellow players and the coaching staff, and even her family, who always support her.
‘’All of this is also thanks to the support of my teammates and the whole coaching staff. And to my parents at home, who have supported me playing football so far,’’ she said.
Locita has indeed been one of the most talented players in MilkLife Soccer Challenge so far. She has played in MLSC Surabaya since 2024 and has always stood out.
In her first appearance in 2024, she was top scorer in the U-10 age group. In Series I she was top scorer with 22 goals, and her tally then rose by 16 to 38 goals in Series II. In 2025 she scored 37 goals.
The following season, in MLSC Surabaya Series 1 2025-2026, Locita joined the SDN Pacarkling V team and scored 5 goals. In Series 2, however, her tally rose sharply to 19 goals.
Locita is not actually a striker; she is a midfielder. But her powerful and well-placed shots often produce goals for her team.
And one more note: Locita was not only named Best Player at Singa Cup 2026; last season she was also named The Best Player in the MLSC U-12 age group.
Remarkably, although she is only 12, she already plays for a U-15 team in the Hydroplus Football League Surabaya 2026-2027. In that much older age group she has managed to score one goal.
Despite her impressive performances, Locita is determined to keep improving her ability through training so that she can perform better next time.
