MilkLife Strikers won the Singa Cup 2026 Girls U12 title in Singapore, beating Selangor FC Academy A 2-1 in the final a day after losing 0-1 to the same Malaysian side.
MilkLife Strikers brought home the Singa Cup 2026 Girls U12 title after beating Selangor FC Academy A 2-1 at The Rainforest Hub, Singapore, on Tuesday (3 November 2026). The win made the Indonesian representatives champions after avenging their defeat in the previous meeting, as reported by Detik Sport.
MilkLife Strikers’ two winning goals were scored by Nadia S. Azzahra and Adelice Maureen. Selangor FC Academy A, meanwhile, could only score one goal by the end of the final.

The result of the final was revenge for the 0-1 defeat MilkLife Strikers suffered against the same opponents the day before. The two teams had met earlier in the tournament in the round-robin league stage.
MilkLife Strikers coach Jacksen F. Tiago praised the players’ response after the defeat in the previous match. He felt the players were able to keep their concentration and showed dominant possession in the deciding match.
I salute the players’ performance today. Yesterday’s defeat did not really affect their mentality. It was proven today that they could stay focused and dominate possession.

As well as the result, Jacksen also highlighted the players’ mental development and behaviour during the international competition.
Personally, I am satisfied with what they showed throughout the tournament. On the pitch they could show a strong champion mentality even after losing. And off the pitch, their attitude was good and they got along well with each other. I congratulate the players, and I hope this success will be an inspiration for other children in Indonesia.

MilkLife Strikers also won an individual award through Locita Waranggani. The forward from Surabaya, East Java, was named Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the Singa Cup 2026 Girls U12 category after scoring two goals during the tournament.
Locita said her contribution on the journey to the title could not be separated from teamwork and the support of the coaching staff.
From the start I just wanted to give the best performance I could for the team. That’s why I’m so happy that I was finally able to help the team win and get the MVP trophy. All of this is also thanks to the support of my teammates and the whole coaching staff.

MilkLife Soccer Challenge Program Director Teddy Tjahjono said the success is a positive achievement for the development of Indonesian girls’ football. He believes the experience of competing in an international competition can be an asset for young players.
Teddy also highlighted the importance of sustainable girls’ football development from an early age as part of talent development in Indonesia.
Hopefully what we have achieved here will be an inspiration for other children in Indonesia. We will keep taking steps like this in the years to come as a form of sustainable development from an early age.
