MilkLife Kickers took important lessons on day one of Singa Cup 2026 with a 13-0 win and a 0-1 loss.
Espos.id, SINGAPORE — MilkLife Kickers took one win and one loss on day one of Singa Cup 2026 at The Arena, Woodleigh, Singapore, on Thursday (5 November 2026). Timo Scheunemann’s team beat Australia’s South Coast Baptist College 13-0, then lost narrowly 0-1 to hosts Lion City Sailors.

In the first match MilkLife Kickers dominated. Albianca Raula and Garneta F. Imelda each scored three goals — Garneta in the 10th, 12th and 31st minutes, Albianca in the 14th, 15th and 28th. Anisa T. Sholica scored two; Askara S. Fahilah, Rere Z. Farza, Ananda N. D. Berlian, Riyanti S. Suryani and Giada Soebianto scored the rest.
Against Lion City Sailors they struggled to break a disciplined defence. Madeliene scored the only goal in the 23rd minute from a left-side cross.
The players also succeeded in carrying out the instructions I gave, namely building attacks through a combination of passes.

Another thing that I have to appreciate is that they compete against opponents who are two years older than them. So, this is good for the players’ mental training.

Player Janeeta Alodya (Anet) said communication between the lines still needs work and found Lion City Sailors better organised in the second match.
Actually, our game was good today. But there are several things that still need to be improved. Today was quite challenging, especially the second match against the home team, Lion City Sailors. They were good opponents.
Janeeta Alodya (Anet), MilkLife Kickers player
For the next match, we will improve communication between lines so we can increase cohesiveness.

Teddy Tjahjono said the Kickers’ Singa Cup trip continues player development through MilkLife Soccer Challenge.
The goal is simple, we want to ensure that this level of development continues at every age group level. Today, the players gained valuable experience by facing teams from Australia and Singapore.
Teddy Tjahjono, MilkLife Soccer Challenge Program Director
Seeing their performance today, I am optimistic that the players will continue to develop in a better direction.
Teddy Tjahjono, MilkLife Soccer Challenge Program Director
