Bay Savanh FC players and officials with the SingaCup 2026 Boys U10 trophy at Patuxai, Vientiane

Lao Deputy Minister of Education and Sports Kingmano Phommahaxay has welcomed home Bay Savanh FC, the SingaCup 2026 Boys U10 champions, after their title win in Singapore.

VIENTIANE – Mr Kingmano Phommahaxay, Deputy Minister of Education and Sports and President of the Lao National Paralympic Committee, warmly received the staff and young players of Bay Savanh FC on their return home.

He spoke with the team and gave them guidance and direction for the future.

Bay Savanh are the champions of SingaCup – Asia’s Premier International Youth Football Tournament, held in Singapore. The squad returned to Laos to a warm welcome.

The players were greeted at the airport with marigold garlands, flowers and the trophy. Later, the team gathered at Patuxai monument in Vientiane at night, with Lao flags, Bay Savanh FC banners and media interviews.
