MilkLife Strikers reached the Girls U12 final of Singa Cup 2026 after beating Nepal’s Rato Bangala 13-0 and losing 0-1 to Selangor FC Academy A, setting up a rematch with the Malaysian side for the title.
MILKLIFE Strikers confirmed their ticket to the 2026 Singa Cup final after finishing the group phase in the top position. The team coached by Jacksen F. Tiago will again face Selangor FC Academy A from Malaysia in the battle for the title at The Rainforest Hub, Singapore, Tuesday (3 November).
On the second day, Monday (2 November), MilkLife Strikers played two matches with different results. They crushed Nepal’s representative, Rato Bangala, 13-0, but then lost narrowly 0-1 to Selangor FC Academy A. In the first match, Locita Waranggani opened the scoring in the seventh minute with a long-range shot. Keyla A. P. Natawijaya doubled the lead four minutes later, followed by Nadia S. Azzahra’s goal in the 13th minute. An opposing player’s own goal in the 14th minute and Adiba S. Primayuga’s penalty in the 17th minute closed the first half with a score of 5-0.

MilkLife Strikers’ dominance continues after the break. Ferisa Dewi Widodo scored three goals in the 25th, 27th and 37th minutes. Angelina P. S. Mongan and Adelice Maureen also contributed goals in the 31st and 35th minutes, before Adiba scored her second goal in the 39th minute to ensure a 13-0 win.
The match against Selangor FC Academy A was delayed due to heavy rain. After the weather improved, the match continued and MilkLife Strikers had to accept a 0-1 defeat.
These results do not shake MilkLife Strikers’ position at the top of the standings with six points and a goal difference of +17. Selangor is second with a goal difference of +9, followed by Lion City Sailors who has a goal difference of +8 after a 12-0 win over Rato Bangala. Lion City Sailors will then compete against Rato Bangala for third place.
MilkLife Strikers Assistant Coach, Sasi Kirana, appreciates the enthusiasm of the players, but believes that her team still needs to improve before the final.
In the first match against Nepal, the players still showed high enthusiasm even though they knew that the team they were facing had a level of play that was slightly below ours. I really appreciate their struggle, they maximized their efforts well. In the second match, we did not manage to win. But the players still appeared persistent. Apart from that, both teams also performed well by exchanging attacks. For tomorrow’s final, there are several things that will be evaluated, especially how to be calmer even when we are behind. The rest, I believe the players will continue to appear full of motivation.

Ferisa Dewi Widodo, who scored a hat-trick against Rato Bangala, also emphasized her determination to bring the team to become champions.
I am happy and grateful that I got a hat-trick today. Since yesterday I have been convincing myself to appear more confident so that I can show my best. Thank God, today I was able to win against (the team from) Nepal. The struggle is not over because we came here to win. That is the motivation for me and my friends. Even though we lost earlier, it doesn’t matter, the important thing is that tomorrow we will fight again.
