SDIT Al-Furqon Megang Sakti students were officially sent off by Musi Rawas Deputy Regent Suprayitno to take part in Singa Cup 2025, to be held in Singapore on 1-5 November 2025.

MUSI RAWAS, sumateraraya.com – At the send-off in the yard of SDIT Al-Furqon, the students were eager in their proud school uniforms. They will play in the prestigious international football event.

Before playing in Singapore, the team coached by Kurnia Sandi (“Coach Tole”) will first take part in the National Grassroots Cup at the Jakarta International Stadium on 24-26 October 2025.

In his remarks the Deputy Regent expressed pride and high appreciation to the students and coaches who have carried the region’s good name onto the national and international stage.

We are very proud of the achievements and spirit of Musi Rawas children. I hope they can give their best results and become an inspiration for other students.

All of this is the fruit of the development done so far. Without the players’ hard work and discipline, the parents’ support, and above all the SDIT Al-Furqon school, it would be impossible to achieve this. The children went through a fairly long process, training and also taking part in competitions, until they became capable and qualified players at regional, national and now international level. And this is not the peak, because the children’s journey is still long; hopefully they stay consistent, and who knows their fortune may take them into the Indonesian junior national team and even the senior one, like their older brother, Kak Arif Satria, also a native son of Megang Sakti.
