Born with a great athletic physique and pace, Paolo Gabriel R. Alilam represented Ateneo De Manila University U-18 as a Midfielder/Striker in SingaCup 2011 though he was only a 15yrs old then. As an excellent offensive minded player, Paolo poses a constant threat to all teams especially with his killer pass from midfield.

At the age of 14 years old, Paolo had already caught the attention of the Philippines National Youth Team coach Reff Cauaresma. Represented Philippines U-14, U-16 and U-19 in various international competitions such as AFF U-16 Football Youth Championship in 2011. Paolo also received professional training at Elite Football Academy in England in 2011.

Paolo is currently (2016) playing for Ateneo Blue Eagles, the collegiate men’s varsity football team of Ateneo De Manila University. Ateneo Blue Eagles came in 3rd in 8 teams at the end of the UAAP Season 78 (2015-2016).
