BEKASI.POJOKSATU.ID – The Tajimalela FA U-14 youth team recorded a proud achievement by winning the 2025 Linga Cup, an international football tournament held in Singapore on November 4–7, 2025.
In the final, Sugeng Waluyo’s squad managed to conquer the Malaysian club, La Stallions, with a narrow score of 1-0, as well as ensuring the championship trophy was brought home to Indonesia.
The club, which is headquartered at the Yonif Mekanis Complex 202/Tajimalela, Rawalumbu, Bekasi City, managed to become the best among the 20 participating teams from seven countries, namely Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand, India, Australia, and Indonesia.

Tajimalela FA U-14 coach, Sugeng Waluyo, together with team manager Haji Uki Ifwa, expressed their pride in the struggle of their foster children.
“This is the result of an internal competition that we held for six months. From there, 19 of the best players were selected, and thank God we were able to win the title in Singapore,” said Sugeng.
This achievement also received appreciation from the Mayor of Bekasi, Dr. Tri Adhianto, who called the victory of Tajimalela FA as proof that Bekasi has great potential in the field of football.
“I am very proud of this achievement. Hopefully the Tajimalela FA team will continue to develop and bring the name of Bekasi City at the national and international levels,” he said.
Sugeng added that the Tajimalela FA U-14 team is now projected to participate in higher competitions in Europe.
“We plan to build a ‘Bekasi City’ project academy and prepare a long-term team for the Soeratin event and tournaments in Europe. We are currently exploring cooperation with foreign parties,” he said.
The victory in the 2025 Lions Cup is an important milestone for Tajimalela FA as well as an inspiration for the development of early childhood football in Bekasi City.
